Fred joined the club in October 2024 from St Blazey and has been a consistent figure in the squad since his arrival. Equally comfortable at centre-back or right-back, he’s known as Mr Consistent for his reliable performances week in, week out. A key part of the team’s success, Fred helped secure the Senior Cup in his first season and after only missing two games last season will be looking to build on that achievement.
