Sponsorship Guidelines | Falmouth Town AFC

To feature your business on our Sponsors page we need a few details and a logo from you. Please supply the items below to the club's Commercial Team and we will add your listing. Sending everything in one go means we can publish your listing faster.

Information we need

Item	Required?	Details
Business name	Required	Exactly as you want it displayed. It is used as the logo's alt text and is shown in place of the logo if no logo is supplied.
Logo	Strongly recommended	See the logo specification below.
Website address	Recommended	The full address, starting `https://`. Your logo on our Sponsors page links here and opens in a new tab. If you have no website, a Facebook page or similar is fine.
Contact email	Required	A named contact for the club to reach you about your sponsorship. This is for our records only — it is not displayed on the website.
Short description	Optional	One short line (up to about 80 characters), e.g. “Local heating engineers”. It is only shown on some listings, so please don't rely on it for key information.
Sponsorship package	Required	Which package you have taken (e.g. Player, Matchday, Match Ball, Team Coach) so we list you in the right place.

Logo specification

At a glance

Recommended size: 600 × 300 pixels (2:1 landscape)
Minimum size: 300 pixels wide — smaller logos look blurry on high-resolution screens
Maximum file size: 8 MB (aim for under 500 KB)
File types: PNG (preferred), JPG, WEBP or GIF. SVG, PDF, Word and EPS files cannot be uploaded — please convert them first.
Background: transparent PNG, or a plain white background

How your logo is displayed

Logos are shown in a grid on a white card, scaled down to fit a maximum height of about 64 pixels (on screen) while keeping their proportions. Nothing is cropped or stretched, so:

Crop tightly. Remove excess blank space around the logo; otherwise it will appear smaller than other sponsors'.
Wide or square logos work best. Very tall, narrow logos end up tiny. If yours is tall, please also send a horizontal version.
Use a high-resolution image (at least twice the display size) so it stays sharp on phones and retina displays.
Keep the text legible at small sizes — avoid fine print or strapline text that won't be readable at 64 pixels tall.
Avoid dark or coloured backgrounds baked into the image unless that is part of your brand — the card behind it is white.
Please send your own artwork or a version you have permission to use; do not send images of a logo taken from a screenshot or photograph.

How to submit

Gather the information and logo file listed above.
Email them to the Commercial Team (contact details below), with your business name in the subject line.
We will add your listing and let you know when it is live. Please check it and tell us if anything needs changing.

To change or replace your logo or details later, just send the updated information in the same way.
